Rhonda Robertson, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP

Nurse Practitioner - Owner/Provider

 

​Rhonda believes that recovery begins when people feel heard, respected, and supported—not judged. As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced certification in addiction nursing, she has dedicated much of her career to caring for individuals struggling with substance use and mental health concerns.

Her approach is personal, compassionate, and centered on meeting each person where they are. She takes the time to understand each patient’s story, their challenges, and what they need to move forward. Whether through medication-assisted treatment, mental health care, medication management, or simply providing someone in their corner, Rhonda strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where patients can be honest, receive quality care, and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Caitlyn Bunch, Medical Assistant

Caitlyn is an important part of making sure each patient at Resilience Recovery feels comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. As a Medical Assistant, she works closely with both patients and the clinical team, helping visits run smoothly while providing a kind and reassuring presence along the way.

Caitlyn understands that healthcare can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when someone is beginning or continuing their recovery journey. She strives to make patients feel at ease, listened to, and treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Whether she is assisting with patient care, answering questions, or simply offering a friendly smile and a little encouragement, Caitlyn is committed to helping make Resilience Recovery a place where patients feel genuinely welcomed and supported.

Brandy Ellis, Receptionist

Brandy is often the first friendly face patients see when they walk through the doors at Resilience Recovery. She understands that reaching out for help can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she works hard to make every patient feel comfortable, welcomed, and respected from the very beginning.

As the office receptionist, Brandy helps patients with scheduling, appointments, and the everyday questions that come along the way. Her friendly personality and willingness to help make her an important part of creating the warm, judgment-free environment that Resilience Recovery strives to provide.

Brandy believes everyone who walks through the door deserves to be treated with kindness and dignity, and she is always happy to help patients feel a little more at home.

Lisa Lang, Office Manager

Lisa is the heart of the day-to-day operations at Resilience Recovery. As Office Manager, she works behind the scenes—and often right alongside patients—to make sure everything runs smoothly and that each person receives the attention and support they need.

Organized, dependable, and always willing to help, Lisa is a familiar and reassuring presence for both patients and staff. She understands that navigating appointments, medications, insurance, and the many details involved in treatment can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she works hard to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Most importantly, Lisa shares Resilience Recovery’s belief that every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. She takes pride in helping create an environment where patients feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Kathy Ennis, Case Manager

Kathy is a valued member of the Resilience Recovery team, providing remote administrative support to help keep our office organized and running smoothly. She assists with a variety of important tasks that support our staff and allow the team to stay focused on providing the best possible care to our patients.

Dependable, organized, and always willing to help wherever she is needed, Kathy has become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the practice. Her flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to helping the team make her a wonderful part of the Resilience Recovery family.

Even though patients may not see Kathy in the office each day, her contributions are felt throughout the practice, and she takes great pride in being part of a team dedicated to helping others.
